The Jockey Matters: Mental Health & Wellbeing film begins the discussion of depression and mental health in the  sport and features contributions from Sir AP McCoy, Leighton Aspell, Daryl Jacob and Mark Enright, the first jockey to speak publicly about suffering from depression. The film gives advice for those affected by mental health issues and signposts jockeys to the 24 hour confidential Wellbeing Helpline set up by the Professional Jockeys Association.
