2017 Travers Day all-sources handle second highest in Travers Stakes history

A blockbuster Travers Day card, highlighted by West Coast's victory in the 148th Travers Stakes, presented by NYRA Bets, generated all-sources handle of $47,870,987, a five percent increase over 2016 and the second highest total in Travers Day history. On-track handle of $10,862,095 also exceeded 2016 Travers Day wagering.
