Fantasy Owner’s Day is on Saturday, March 18 at Laurel ParkExperience the thrill of Thoroughbred ownership! Free registration includes the ability to walk in the shoes of one of the top owner’s in the region for a day of races which includes five competitive stakes. The day’s festivities begin with an optional informative training session at 8:30 a.m. on the track apron with coffee and donuts then is followed by a 10:30 a.m. seminar in the Ruffian Room. This Q&A session will feature the region’s top partnership managers who will offer up a treasure trove of information to get you ready for the races.
 
During this time, attendees will be randomly paired to a horse entered in that day’s races to enjoy all the same amenities afforded to their connections including a free buffet luncheon in the newly restored clubhouse suite area, pre-race access to the paddock, access to the winner’s circle for a trophy presentation, gift bags, and much more.
 
The March 18 racing program at Laurel features: the Private Terms for 3-year-olds and Caesar’s Wish for 3-year-old fillies, each worth $100,000; two $75,000 events for Maryland-bred or sired horses: the Not For Love for 4-year-olds and up and the Conniver for fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up; and the $75,000 Harrison E. Johnson Memorial for 3-year-olds and up.
